How to set
Inter.net Mobile Mail upon first use
- Enter here typing in your user name
and password.
- Set the mobile phone
number to which you want to receive messages under the "GSM number" menu (e.g.:
+36309356213).
- Give the following information
for e-mail addresses to monitor under the "E-mail addresses" menu:
- POP3 account:
user name for the mailbox to monitor (e.g.: if your e-mail address is johnsmith@hu.inter.net, your user name is johnsmith)
- POP3 server: name
of the POP3 mail server supporting your e-mail address (for Inter.net e-mail
addresses: mail.hu.inter.net)
- Password: your
password for the mailbox
- Confirm password:
type in the above password once again
- Full name: your
full name (optional)
- Reply e-mail address:
the e-mail address to which you want to receive the replies sent to you (optional)
- Set the intervals at
which you want the system to check your mailbox for new messages (15 minutes
is the minimum value).
- Press "OK"
- Using optional filters
under the "Filtersets" menu item you can set the e-mails of which you wish
to receive notification on your mobile phone (optional).
- Under the "Number of
SMS messages" menu item, you can set the maximum number of SMS messages to
receive per day and month.
- Using the "Start sending"
button of your personal web area you can start sending SMS messages. (Once
you launched the send command the indication on the button will change to
"Stop sending" allowing you to stop sending SMS messages.)
Where to send
SMS messages controlling IMM
- Pannon GSM subscribers
can send reply messages to 9000605 (messages are also launched from this phone
number).
- Vodafone and Westel900
subscribers, as well as Pannon GSM subscribers communicating from abroad can
use +36203202546 (because 9000605 will not work in this case).
Commands to
control IMM
Commands are
listed under the "SMS commands" menu item of your personal web area. You can
assign a synonym to each command.
Where to create
predefined reply texts
Standard predefined
reply texts can be created under the "Predefined Answare" menu item. You can
assign a number to each reply text.
Where to check
the number of SMS messages received in a given month
The "SMS statistics"
menu item reports on the number SMS messages received by the user.
What to do
when e-mail notification does not work
- Check whether the passwords
you gave for the mailboxes set in the "Email addresses" menu are correct (type
in your password again).
- Check whether sending
is enabled in your personal web area (you can check it under the "Settings
info' " menu item). If not, launch it using the "Start notifyng" menu item.
- Make sure that filters
are appropriately set in the "Filtersets" menu.
